WAREHAM: We are located approximately one mile from Wareham Crossing, conveniently located at 2360 Cranberry Highway, West Wareham above Dunkin Donuts.  Cumberland Farms and the West Wareham Post Office are right next door.

BROCKTON: Take Exit 18 off of Route 24.  Conveniently located next to Harbor Freight Tools at the Westgate Mall,  at 365 Westgate Drive, Brockton, MA.  Look for the green awning!

As soon as you walk in the door, our friendly staff will be there to greet you and answer any questions you may have about your appointment or physical therapy regimen. You may also set up additional physical therapy appointments at this time with our therapy prescription guarantee. If the doctor ordered multiple sessions of therapy a week, Balance Physical Therapy will make sure you are meeting the frequency of your treatment as prescribed without any exceptions.
